Workshop 1 – Energy, Awareness and Polarization
We will start the workshop with the practice of Consciousness and Energy. The “Wake up the Energy Body” exercise will allow you to understand and feel your own energy body. You will learn about tantric breathing, including the Breath of Fire, and the 3 basic tools for energizing the body. In the second part of the workshop, you will learn and embody aspects of masculinity and femininity during meditation, and then you will receive tools for inner work to discover the unconscious and open yourself to your essence. These exercises will give you the foundation for building the masculine qualities that women dream about. Practising in a group under the supervision of Freya will make you feel confident and develop other qualities that will make you a passionate and a sophisticated lover.
Workshop 2 – How to become a multi-orgasmic man
We will begin with the practice of breathing and intention to learn to manage sexual energy. You will learn the methods of activating and relaxing the pelvis during the practice of Kundalini Shaking, as well as the practice of distributing energy throughout the body. The “Point and Cosmos” exercise will allow you to experience orgasmic energy without ejaculation, and maybe even a whole body orgasm. This workshop is especially valuable due to the possibility of an honest conversation with other men, which, as shown by the experiences of previous editions, allows you to let go of many prejudices and self-criticism. As it often turns out – we are all alike, and we can learn and be inspired from others.
Workshop 3 – Practice of Communication Emotions
You will learn about the tools for emotional release which will give you a strong foundation to work with yourself, with emotions, to release blockages in the body. The Ocean of Emotions meditation is an invitation to discover emotions, so that by establishing contact with yourself, you can be present with your partner in difficult emotional situations. The Circle of Consent practice will help you set boundaries and communicate needs in intimate relationships and outside of them. You will learn the most effective, in my opinion, method of arguing in a relationship. The practice of an intimate conversation is an opportunity to learn to talk about emotions and, above all, to listen.

To open up to pleasure, you need to prepare your body. One of the great ways is a massage. You will discover the touch game, thanks to which you can find out how your woman likes to be touched. We will start discovering pleasure by learning about the ways of awakening erogenous zones, you will learn the elements of the Tantric Massage of the Elements, which will help you diversify your foreplay. The practice of sexual breathing is a great way to stimulate your sexual energy. During the introduction to yoni massage, we will show you how to massage her pearl.
