Tantraway Privacy Policy
I. General provisions
1. The privacy policy defines how Users’ personal data is collected, processed and stored to provide services electronically via the website www.freyawolna.pl (hereinafter: the Website).
2. Only personal data necessary to provide and develop the services offered therein are collected through the Website.
3. Personal data collected via the Website are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act of 10.05.2018.
II. Data administrator

III. Purpose of collecting personal data
1 In the interests of the security of the data entrusted to us, we have developed internal procedures and guidelines to prevent disclosure of data to unauthorized persons. We control adherence thereto and constantly check their compliance with the relevant legal acts – the Personal Data Protection Act, the Electronic Services Provision Act, as well as all kinds of executive acts and Community legislation.
2 Personal Data is processed on the basis of the consent expressed by the User and in cases where the law authorizes the Administrator to process personal data on the basis of the law, or for the purpose of implementing an agreement concluded between the parties.
3 The website performs the functions of obtaining information about users and their behaviour in the following way:
a) through information entered voluntarily in the forms
b) by collecting “cookies”
c) The website collects information voluntarily provided by the user
4. Personal data is used for the purpose of:
1. account registration and verification of Users’ identity,
2. logging into the Website,
3. performance of an agreement for services and e-services,
4. communication with the User (livechat, contact form, etc.),
5. newsletter distribution (after User’s consent to receive it),
5. operating a comment system,
6. providing social services,
7. advertising the Administrator’s offer,
8. marketing, remarketing, affiliation,
9. personalization of the Website for Users,
10. analytical and statistical activities,
11. debt collection,
12. establishing and pursuing claims or defending against them,
13. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude an agreement or utilize other functionalities of the Website.
IV. Type of processed personal data
The Administrator may process Users’ personal data: name and surname, date of birth, address of residence, e-mail address, telephone number, tax identification number.
V. Personal data processing period
Users’ personal data will be processed for the following period:
1. when the basis for data processing is the performance of the agreement – until the end of the claim’s limitation period after performance thereof,
2. when the basis for data processing is consent – until the consent is revoked, and after the consent is revoked, until the limitation period for claims.
In both cases, the limitation period is 6 years, and for claims for periodic performances and claims related to conducting a business – 3 years (unless a special provision provides otherwise).
VI. Processing of personal data
1. Users’ personal data may be transferred to: entities related to the Administrator, its subcontractors, entities cooperating with the Administrator, e.g. companies servicing e-payments, companies providing courier/postal services, law firms.
2. Users’ personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
VII. User Rights
1. The Website Users have the right to: access their personal data, rectify it, delete it, limit processing, transfer it, object to processing, withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal).
2. A notification about execution of the above-mentioned rights by a User should be sent to the following address: kontakt@freyawolna.pl.
3. The administrator shall fulfil or refuse to fulfil the request immediately – within a maximum of one month from its receipt.
4. The User has the right to submit a complaint to the President of Personal Data Protection Office if it considers that the processing violates its rights and freedoms (GDPR).
VIII. Cookies
1. The Website collects information using session, persistent and third-party cookies.
2. Collecting cookies supports the correct provision of services on the Website and serves statistical purposes.
3. Users can specify the scope of access of cookies to their device in the browser settings.
IX. Automated decision making and profiling
1. Users’ data may not be processed in an automated manner so that any decisions pertaining to the data could be made.
2. Users’ data may be profiled in order to adjust the content and personalize the offer after their consent.
X. Final Provisions
1. The Administrator has the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy, but the Users’ rights will not be limited.
2. Information about the introduced changes will appear in the form of a message available on the Website.
3. In matters not covered by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the GDPR and the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
